Mission: Bahn Mi

Say what you will about foie gras -- I love this sandwich!! (You can get one w/o the foie gras and it's still pretty good, granted there are plenty of crunchy pickled vegetables, cilantro, and some de-seeded jalapeno slices) The last time I had one was 2 years ago -- well not unless you count this January when I flew down from SF to OC for two days to devour this very special Vietnamese Sandwich at Le Diplomat -- but 2 months, 2 years, it's all relative. Apparently there's a place in NYC that might just satisfy my craving.
